How kind are you being to yourself?
Especially during the Seeding and Sprouting stages of your goal, the mind will tend to get impatient with seeing results.
That is when it is most important to celebrate your achievements…no matter how small.
Here’s a few examples …
Celebrate getting out of bed at the start of the day.
Celebrate eating a nutritious meal.
Celebrate writing a social post or email.
Celebrate each conversation you have with a prospect.
You get the idea…celebrate any activity you choose to do to bring a goal closer to achieving it.
The practice of ‘Recapitulation and Casting’ is another activity you may want to train your brain to do. This practice is done at the end of each day in order to be better prepared to fulfill your intentions for the next day.
Recapitulation is accomplished by reliving the day’s activities by focusing on what went well. Be sure your mind does NOT focus on what did not go as you had planned.
Casting is a process of envisioning only positive outcomes for the activities you have planned for the next day.
