‘Was the thought you just had a “yes” thought or a “no” thought?
If you’re anything like I used to be (ok, sometimes still am), you might find yourself frantically taking notes on every little piece of information that is shared during a webinar or while reading a book.
Anyone else guilty of highlighting an ENTIRE page of a book because EVERYTHING was important on it?

*Will I actually apply this strategy to my business?
If the answer is NO to both questions, then I don’t write it down.
