“An attitude of positive expectation is the mark of the superior personality.” ~ Brian Tracy
When Christopher Columbus set out to discover the New World, he did not have a map to follow because no one had made the same journey he was about to undertake.
So, how did he know when or if he was getting close to land? What were the signs that encouraged him to keep sailing for months and years at a time before he achieved his goal?
Consider this….
Long before he actually saw land, he probably saw driftwood or seaweed or birds…in other words, he probably saw ‘signs of land’ that he was on the path to the achievement of his goal.
As each of us continues to keep our eye on our goal, it is just as important that we also keep an eye out for the ‘signs of land’ that we are also on our path to the achievement of that goal.
I invite you to take a moment now to consider what would be some signs of land that would encourage you to keep going towards your goal.
Thanks for taking a moment now to share in the comment box below.
