GOALS AND INTENTIONS TO FULFILL “THE B-ALL”™
I have found, over the course of the many years that I have been fortunate to coach others in achieving their B-Alls™, that most people are confused as to the difference between a goal and an intention.
And, depending upon the number of people whom you ask – you will get as many different explanations and definitions of these two terms.
For the purposes of this blog series, I ask for you to accept that I have a distinct difference when I say ‘goal’ versus ‘intention’.
For me, a goal is like the finish line. When I say I have a goal, it’s like the place I want to end up.
If I was playing baseball, it would be home plate. If it was football, it would be the end zone.
It’s the specific place — the actual destination – that is my definition of a goal.
Why?
This is because the achievement of the goal brings you one step closer to the fulfillment of your B-All™.
You will have many important goals to achieve before you ultimately fulfill your B-All™.
To assist you in identifying your own B-All™, here are a few examples.
Example 1:
B-All: To win a major televised live poker tournament for over 1 Million Dollars.
Goal: I want to get on a regular workout routine so that my body is as prepared as my mind, working out a minimum of 4 times a week for 45 minutes.
Example 2:
B-All: To ensure my daughter’s well-being, prosperity, health, and strong spiritual connection, while refining my own through core connection to Highest Truth.
Goal: To pay off my mortgage.
Example 3:
B-All: To create an online Educational and Wellness Center that teaches, touches, and trains individuals, inspiring a change of consciousness in them that leads to lifestyle behaviors and habits.
Goal: Hold a successful monthly class with 8+ people in attendance.
Example 4:
B-All: To support people so they can make educated choices about their health and their treatments.
Goal: Completely move into and organize my office.
