Here’s what happened to me when I was out of alignment with myself…
Fear of Failure: The prospect of starting a new venture, taking risks, and potentially failing was daunting and demotivating , which is why I procrastinated and could not find motivation.
Lack of Clarity: I lacked clarity about my goals and vision and had no idea of how to achieve my full potential.
Overwhelm: Because I had no direction or purpose, everything that came at me seemed overwhelming.
And progress was slow and sometimes nonexistent, which was even more de-motivating.
For awhile I blamed everyone else.
It was when I finally owned up to the fact that the common denominator was me…it was time to go inside.
Once I got to my core, I discovered that so many parts of me were fighting with each other.
The journey to bringing them back together was hard at first and then became very fun and rewarding — in so many ways!
Through my personal explorations, I became a Certified Natural Therapies Coach, a Licensed Spiritual Healing Coach, and a Medical Qigong Instructor.
And what came out on the other side was my own process I do every day to keep my physical, mental, emotional and energy bodies in harmony and alignment.
Now my motivation is off the charts,
my direction is clear,
and I can finally give back to others in a meaningful way…
